In August 2018, Beaufort Bespoke was asked to undertake the manufacture and installation of a new service counter for the 6th form Refractory at Canford School in Wimborne Dorset. The area will be used throughout the day to provide beverages, Hot and cold snacks, and light lunches. The requirement was for an area that would cope with a high volume of use and prove durable and easy to maintain. For the back of house areas we manufactured bespoke stainless steel table tops fitted over bespoke white melamine face storage units. The server area has Silestone tops with a laminate frontage and stainless steel kickers. As you can see from the pictures, Canford school is located in an impressive listed property. Particular care had to be exercised when installing the server so that the fabric of the build was not compromised in anyway. Since the installation turnover has increased by over 60% due to the ability to offer a larger range of products, and a streamlined till service.
